SevenHeaven Trace
Run the piping project from the first weld to the final handover — live, and audit-ready.
Learn morePower plants, factories, refineries, data centres and ships run on kilometres of pipe. Before any of it can start up, every section has to be priced, built, welded, inspected and documented — and most of that work still runs on spreadsheets, paper binders and a collection of separate tools. SevenHeaven puts it in one connected system: calculate the job and send the offer, then run the project all the way to handover.
From the first calculation to the last signature, every step of a piping project runs through one system.
Upload the list of parts for the job — a spreadsheet, a PDF or the file from the design software. Bid recognises every part, works out the labour hours and the price, and produces a branded offer ready to send to your customer. In minutes.
The offer moves straight into Trace. The drawings are imported, the crew reports each weld, flange and coupling from their phone as it is done, and managers see live how far the project is, how every team is doing and where it is falling behind.
Trace follows the rules of the applicable piping standard — which welds must be tested, who is qualified to weld what, which defects must be closed first. At the end it assembles the documentation package your customer and the inspectors require, with every record sealed against tampering.
Because the offer and the project live in the same system, Trace compares the hours you actually spent with the hours you offered — per project and per welder — so you see exactly where the estimate was right and where it was off.
A pipe system is only as sound as the places where its pieces meet. Most are welded, but many are bolted, screwed or clamped together — and every joint needs a record of who made it, what went into it and whether it passed inspection. Trace keeps all of them in one place.
The two pipe ends are melted together into one piece. The most common joint in industrial piping, and the most regulated: who welded it, by which approved method, and how it was tested.
Flat rings on the pipe ends are bolted together with a seal between them. What matters is the right bolts, tightened in the right order to the right force — and a record that proves it.
The pipe ends carry screw threads and are screwed together — common on smaller pipes. Each joint is made up, checked and approved like any other.
A groove is rolled or cut into each pipe end, and a clamp-like coupling locks the two together. Quick to fit with no welding — widely used for cooling water and fire sprinklers.
Data-centre cooling pipes are often joined with grooved couplings rather than welds. Trace documents them joint by joint — installation, visual check, pressure test and approval — and builds a handover package that asks only for what the project actually contains, not welding paperwork it does not need.
Parts lists and drawings are read straight from the files your designers already make. The offer becomes the project plan, and the project becomes the handover package.
Piping is regulated work. Our software knows the rules of the main European, American, Norwegian and Chinese piping standards and applies them automatically — nothing depends on someone remembering a clause.
Estimator, project manager, welder, inspector and your client all see the same up-to-date picture — instead of emailing spreadsheets back and forth.
Every weld, test and approval is sealed against tampering and can be verified against public blockchains — so your customer or auditor can rely on the record long after the project ends.
Trace turns the daily reality on site into live dashboards — progress, performance and quality in real time, so you can lead with facts instead of waiting for reports.
Live completion by project, system and line — in count and in weld size — so you manage by real numbers, not gut feel or end-of-week guesses.
Throughput in inch/h, efficiency and 30–180-day trends per welder and crew — spot your best performers, catch bottlenecks before they cost you.
NDT pass rates and inspection progress across the whole job — every weld, test and approval audit-ready and sealed against tampering.
Practical tools that calculate bids faster and keep every joint documented and audit-ready — without the spreadsheet juggling.

Learn morePost-quantum e-signatures, with proof the other side can check for themselves.
Learn moreEvery record is authenticated, cryptographically linked and time-stamped on public ledgers. The blockchain — not our servers — is the final source of truth.
Built on post-quantum cryptography and designed to evolve as computing power and threats change — so records stay verifiable for decades.
Each record is anchored to three unpredictable blockchains with different consensus mechanisms — making tampering economically and computationally infeasible.
A lean architecture that drives down the cost of compliance and data integrity while keeping top-tier security.
